What TrackTech keeps, why, and how to have it removed.

Who we are
TrackTech makes inventory software for warehouses and online sellers, at tracktech.io. Questions about this page go to demo@tracktech.io.
What we keep
Only what the software needs to do its job:
- If you sign up for early access: your name and email address.
- If you use TrackTech: your name, your sign-in email address, and a record of what you change in the app.
- The business records you upload or connect: products, orders, shipments, files, and store purchases.
Gmail
A customer can connect one Gmail inbox so TrackTech can record what they bought from the stores they buy from. TrackTech asks Google for read-only access to that inbox, and it reads only emails from those stores: Target, Sam’s Club and Walmart Business.
From each of those emails it keeps the store, the order number, the order’s status, the items, quantities, prices and tracking numbers. It does not keep the email itself, and it never sends, changes or deletes email.
TrackTech’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You can remove TrackTech’s access at any time in your Google Account, under Security, Third-party apps and services.
How we use it
To run TrackTech for you and your team, to keep it working and secure, and to reply when you write to us. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Only the companies that run TrackTech for us: Vercel hosts the app, Neon stores the database, and Resend sends our emails. They handle your data only to provide those services.
Keeping it safe
Data travels over encrypted connections, and the database is encrypted where it is stored. Only the people who run TrackTech can reach it. Sign-in keys, such as the Gmail one, are kept as protected settings, never in code.
Keeping and removing it
We keep your data while your account is open. Write to demo@tracktech.io to have it removed, and we will remove it unless the law requires us to keep it.
